1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of rayazgunworks.com and any related pages, forms, accounts, and event registration features (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Rayaz Gunworks LLC (“Rayaz Gunworks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, register for an event, or submit information through the Site. Certain services, products, and courses are further restricted by federal, state, and local law, including minimum age requirements for the purchase or possession of firearms and ammunition. Registering or inquiring through the Site does not establish your eligibility to purchase, receive, or possess any firearm or regulated item.

3. No Online Firearm Sales or Transfers

The Site is informational and administrative in nature. No firearm, firearm frame or receiver, or other regulated item is sold, delivered, or transferred through the Site.

All firearm transactions are completed in person at our licensed premises or through a licensed dealer, and are subject in every case to:

Completion of ATF Form 4473 and all required background checks;
All applicable federal, Florida, and local laws, including waiting periods and prohibited-person restrictions; and
Our sole discretion to decline or cancel any transaction for any lawful reason.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell to any person or in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.

4. Accounts

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion.

5. Event and Course Registration

Registration and payment. Courses, classes, and events may be booked and paid for through the Site or a third-party registration platform we use. Your registration is confirmed only when payment is received and we issue confirmation.

Cancellations and refunds. Unless otherwise stated at the time of registration:

Cancellations made [X] days or more before the scheduled start receive a full refund, less any non-refundable processing fees.
Cancellations made fewer than [X] days before the start may be credited toward a future course at our discretion.
No-shows are not refunded.
If we cancel or reschedule an event, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a future date.

Prerequisites and conduct. You are responsible for meeting any stated prerequisites and for bringing required equipment. We may remove any participant from a course, without refund, for unsafe conduct, impairment, or failure to follow instructions from the instructor or range safety officer.

Separate waiver required. Participation in any live-fire or hands-on instruction requires a separate signed release, waiver of liability, and assumption-of-risk agreement executed before the course begins. These Terms do not replace that agreement.

6. Gunsmithing and Repair Services

Requests submitted through the Site are inquiries only and do not create a service contract. All gunsmithing work is governed by a separate work order or service agreement setting out scope, pricing, estimates, parts, turnaround, storage, and abandonment terms. Published rates are subject to change and are estimates only until confirmed in a written work order.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in furtherance of any unlawful firearm transaction, including straw purchases;
Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its accounts, or its underlying systems;
Interfere with or disrupt the Site through scraping, automated access, denial-of-service activity, or malware;
Upload unlawful, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content; or
Reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our written permission.

8. Informational Content Is Not Advice

Content on the Site — including material about firearms law, safety, maintenance, ammunition, modifications, and training — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for professional instruction or qualified counsel. Firearms law changes frequently and varies by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to you.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, photographs, and the Rayaz Gunworks name and marks — are owned by or licensed to Rayaz Gunworks and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. All other rights are reserved.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, event registration platforms, email providers, analytics providers, and marketplace listings. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, practices, availability, or terms of any third party. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAYAZ GUNWORKS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, INSTRUCTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US THROUGH THE SITE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rayaz Gunworks LLC and its members, officers, employees, instructors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting an existing registration will not be applied retroactively to that registration.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. Sections 8 through 14 survive termination.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any course, waiver, or work order agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms; we may.
